Terms of Use

Last updated: 29 August 2026

These terms govern your access to Mafar People, its event workspaces, profiles, introductions and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice.

Eligibility and access

Access may require an approved application or invitation. Active access also requires a complete, published professional profile; contact visibility remains configurable. You must provide accurate information, use your own account and keep access links secure. An invitation may be limited, expire or be revoked. Mafar may approve, decline, suspend or remove access to protect the network and its members.

Responsible participation

You must engage respectfully and lawfully. Do not impersonate another person, scrape or harvest member information, send spam, misuse contact details, bypass access controls, upload malicious material, interfere with the service or use information outside the context in which it was shared.

Professional and healthcare context

Mafar People supports networking and collaboration. It does not provide medical, legal, employment or investment advice, verify every member claim, or guarantee introductions, attendance, commercial outcomes or professional suitability. You remain responsible for your decisions and due diligence.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of information you submit. You give Mafar the limited permission needed to host, process and display it according to your settings and to operate the service. You must have the right to share any information you submit about another person.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features, events and these terms may change. Material changes will be posted with a revised date.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Mafar is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from member conduct, third-party services, event changes or reliance on network information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Contact and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Questions may be sent to network@mafar.vip.
